As the water flows

Traditional cuisine restaurant
Just a stone’s throw from the Musée Ingres Bourdelle and Montauban’s Pont Vieux, the “Au Fil de l’eau” restaurant offers charm and conviviality, as well as genuine local cuisine.
Restaurant presentation

Located on the banks of the Tarn, in the heart of the Villebourbon district, the Au Fil de l’Eau restaurant offers a warm welcome in a classic, pleasant and relaxing setting. Access to the restaurant is easy thanks to a parking lot located opposite the restaurant.

A member of the Restaurateurs du Tarn-et-Garonne association, all products are homemade, ensuring refined, elegant cuisine.

The little extra

The speciality of the Au Fil de l’Eau restaurant is its cassoulet! The flagship dish of the South-West, Cassoulet originated in Castelaundary rather than Montauban, and is one of the must-try dishes of Occitan gastronomy. Some Montalbanais will tell you that the best cassoulet in Montauban is eaten here…
