The film follows the trajectory of Naikee, a black transwoman activist, in her quest for identity and freedom.
By revisiting key elements of Naikee's journey in her quest for identity and freedom, the film questions the heteronormative norms of a society that is too binary to erect an ode to diversity. By reinterpreting Botticelli's painting “The Birth of Venus”, Naikee asserts her right to also become the creator of the images that shape society.
