How to
promote your event
If you are an organizer of an event taking place in Greater Montauban, you must complete the form on the “Agenda” page as soon as possible for better visibility , and no later than 2 days before the event so that it appears in this agenda.
Your event will be published free of charge:
– on the “Agenda” page of the Greater Montauban Tourist Office website
– in the Tourist Office’s monthly newsletter, sent to over 1,200 contacts.
Here are the 2 steps to publicize your event:
- Fill in the online form below with all practical information (title, dates, times, descriptions, prices, venues, contacts, photos…)
- Send a flyer to the Tourist Office reception desk: in paper format.
What you need to know
for form entry :
- Use capital letters only for the 1st letter of the event name and proper nouns, but do not write entire words in capital letters.
- Before being published, information concerning your event must be moderated by the Tourist Office of Greater Montauban and will therefore not be published instantly on the website.
