At the Musée Ingres Bourdelle

Imagine the majestic halls of the Musée Ingres Bourdelle bathed in thegolden light of twilight, the works of art coming to life under mysterious lighting, and the laughter of families echoing through the historic corridors. The 21st European Museum Night transforms Montauban’s museums into theaters of unique and magical experiences.

A sensory and playful odyssey

Let yourself be carried away by a unique multi-sensory experience. In the rooms of ancient paintings, your sense of smell will be put to the test thanks to the mysterious “scent boxes”, inviting you to discover the fragrances hidden behind the works. The scents tell you stories your eyes can’t see, creating a fascinating dialogue between art and the senses. The majestic hall of the Black Prince becomes the stage for a giant time-line where young and old travel through the ages. Step back in time, skip centuries, and discover the history of art in a fun and interactive way.

Surprising artistic encounters

In the Ingres room, the game “In my painting there is …” invites you to plunge into the heart of the Montalban master’s works. Observe, imagine and be surprised by the hidden details that come to life before your very eyes. Flash tours of temporary exhibitions take you on an exciting race against time. In just a few intense minutes, discover the secrets of Monet’s painting or the grandeur of Louis XIII’s Vow. These condensed moments of art history will leave you with lasting memories.

Espace Perbosc
A show that defies the eye

Imagine an anonymous square, one of those familiar yet mysterious places where every gesture seems observed, every word could be overheard. Nightfall at Espace Perbosc becomes the setting for an unsettling theatrical experience that questions our most intimate freedoms.

An evening of laughter and vertigo

From the very first minutes of the show, the audience is drawn into a universe where the boundary between reality and fiction becomes as blurred as CCTV footage. Three characters come to life, three truths collide, revealing a complex interplay of looks and manipulations.
