The Qualité Tourisme & Qualité Tourisme Sud de France brands

The Greater Montauban Tourist Office has been certified Qualité Tourisme since January 26, 2013.

What are the Qualité Tourisme & Qualité Tourisme Sud de France brands?

This mark was created by the French government to improve the quality of tourist services and better welcome tourists to France. It is the only state mark awarded to tourism professionals for the quality of their welcome and services. Accommodations, restaurants, places to visit, sports and leisure activities, tourist offices, seasonal rental agencies…

Qualité Tourisme™ accompanies you throughout your stay. Whether they are well-known or unusual destinations, large groups with an international reputation or small independent establishments, establishments under the brand join forces in the same approach to providing a welcome of excellence.

The Qualité Tourisme Occitanie Sud de France label is a progress initiative that enables tourism businesses to improve their performance by optimizing and developing the quality of their welcome, services and facilities. This regional label is also recognized on a national scale by the Plan Qualité Tourisme (Tourism Quality Plan): you can obtain both marks in a single process! The label is awarded for a period of 5 years, and there are now over 1,300 label holders in 11 tourism sectors. The label team is on hand to support you throughout the five-year process: preparation for certification, external audit (by mystery shopper), progress workshops and the provision of tools for improvement, progress and customer satisfaction monitoring.

As part of our continuous improvement process, we analyze all customer feedback (satisfaction questionnaires, comments, complaints, thanks, etc.).

  • The Tourist Office takes into account all your comments and implements corrective actions if necessary.
  • The Board of Directors (Quality Group) is made up of service providers representing the economic and tourist activity of Greater Montauban, elected officials and the Tourist Office management. This group meets at least twice a year to discuss any malfunctions encountered and identify areas for improvement.
